Swiss industry award for First State Asia Pacific Leaders

First State’s Asia Pacific Leaders Fund was named winner of the Best Asia Pacific Fund category at The Market Fund Awards 2008 held on 28 October in Geneva, Switzerland. The fund, jointly managed by Angus Tulloch and Alistair Thompson with the wider Asia Pacific (ex Japan) team was one of the 10 award winners, chosen from a shortlist of over 150 funds.
The awards ceremony was jointly hosted by Morningstar Switzerland and Market magazine, a Swiss monthly financial publication.
