Property securities

The emergence of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and increased securitisation of property assets around the world have led to exciting investment opportunities. We manage two property securities funds leveraging off the success of our Australian domiciled product; First State Asian Property Securities Fund and First State Global Property Securities Fund.

Our property securities team is highly experienced with an average of 15 years experience and has a strong track record of outperformance. We manage more than £3.3 billion (as at 31 May 2007) in property securities globally.
