By a scheme of arrangement effective 29 July 2008, the assets of First State British Smaller Companies Fund was transferred to the management of Noble Fund Managers Limited and now form part of the CF Noble UK Smaller Companies Fund. The First State British Smaller Companies Fund will be wound up in due course.
