Mark Steinberg is the company's Chief Executive Officer and is based in Sydney.
Mark brings a strong background in acquisitions and wealth management to his role of CEO. Before joining the company in September 2017, Mr Steinberg was Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer of Cover-More, an Australian Stock Exchange listed company, where he oversaw several acquisitions before Cover-More was acquired in April 2017.
Prior to this, he held positions at Colonial First State, including Chief Financial Officer. He also worked for Vodafone, where he was CFO of the New Zealand business, Finance Director of the Japanese business and CFO of the Australian business.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.
Mr Kawakami supports the development and implementation of the business strategy, align interests and seek opportunities and synergies between Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking and our company, in addition to assisting with the governance framework to be integrated into Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking.
Since he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking in 1990, he has gained more than 25 years’ experience in the field of asset management. He has held various positions including strategist, global asset management sales, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, directorships with strategic alliance partners, such as joint venture with Baillie Gifford and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities.
He was also an equity portfolio manager and analyst in London for eight years.
Mr Kawakami has a degree in Economics from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan.
Suzanne Evans is responsible for the global Finance and Strategy function in her role as Chief Financial Officer, which includes Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Corporate Strategy.
She has more than 25 years of experience across all aspects of capital markets including banking, life insurance, financial services and property.
Prior to joining the company, Suzanne held roles in investor relations, Treasury, strategy and mergers & acquisitions for a number of publicly-listed entities.
She holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a Non-Executive Director of Domestic Violence NSW Service Management, a not-for-profit providing services to women and children escaping family violence.
Liz Hastilow is the global Chief Legal and Risk Officer and is based in Sydney.
In her role, Liz has direct oversight for the legal, governance, risk management and compliance (also known as Line 1 Risk Management) functions globally.
Before joining the company in November 2017, Liz was a Co-Practice Area Leader and Partner at global law firm K&L Gates. In that role Liz advised and co-lead a global team of in excess of 150 investment management partners and lawyers advising, investment management clients across the globe on matters such as new business establishment, investment management mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements; investment fund structuring and distribution, regulatory and business transformation change projects, regulator engagement, financial services law compliance and management of regulatory investigations and breaches. Before joining K&L Gates, Liz spent 18 years at Henry Davis York.
Liz was named Best Lawyers ‘Lawyer of the Year' in Investment Management for 2015 and as ‘Lawyer of the Year' in Wealth Management for 2018. She was also recognised as a leading lawyer in Investment Funds by Chambers Asia Pacific from 2012 to 2017 (Band 1) and also in Financial Services and was recognised in Best Lawyers from 2013 to 2018 as an expert for Funds Management, Investment Funds, Investment Law, Regulatory Practice and Wealth Management Practice.

Rob joined the business in June 2019 and is responsible for global Operations, IT and Data.
Rob brings over 25 years’ experience in global business operations and IT with a track record of delivering successful business transformations.
Prior to joining the company, Rob was Head of Global Operations at Nikko Asset Management in Tokyo, and has also held roles at Deutsche Asset Management, BNP Paribas Securities Services, and ABN AMRO Asset Management across the Asia region.
He has a MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management, a Diploma of Financial Markets from Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA), and an ACI Diploma from Financial Markets Association UK (FMA).
Rob is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lindall West is the global Chief Human Resources Officer and is based in Sydney.
In her role, Lindall is responsible for the Human Resources function globally, including development and execution of recruitment, retention, talent management and reward strategies.
Before joining the firm in January 2011, Lindall was Head of Human Resources Asia, Westpac Banking Corporation based in Singapore. In this capacity she had responsibility for all elements of human resources across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India and Indonesia.
Lindall also held a senior Organisational Development role for Westpac Institutional Bank where she was responsible for leading work on Diversity, Talent, Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition.
Before this she held the role of Head of Human Resources for BT Investment Management where she led the people integration of three funds management businesses. In 2000, Lindall took on the role of Head of Human Resources and Training for Rothschild Australia Asset Management.
Lindall was formerly Vice-Chairperson of Financial Institutions Remuneration Group, a Committee Member of Women in Finance and Vice President, YWCA NSW.

Bachar Beaini, is a Senior Director and Acting Managing Director, Americas for FSI and is based in New York.
Bachar is primarily responsible for Institutional client and consultant relationships in the US and Canada. As Acting MD, Americas he is responsible for managing the business in the Americas and further expanding our market presence across the region.
Bachar has worked with the company since 2007 in a variety of roles including Sales, Strategy & Projects and Investments. His experience prior to joining includes Investment Development (M&A) and Structured Credit.
Bachar earned a BA (with Honors) from Monash University.
Harry Moore is the Head of Business Development Australia and New Zealand and is based in Melbourne.
Harry has responsibility for business development and client service for Australia, New Zealand and Japan. In Australia and New Zealand, he works on a national basis with large industry government and corporate superannuation funds as well as insurers, universities and charities. He is responsible for sales and client servicing whilst ensuring that investment capabilities and profile remain visible in the institutional market.
Before joining the firm in June 2010, Harry worked at Russell Investments for five years as a consultant in the Institutions and Governments team providing tailored strategic investment advice and implementation to domestic and pan-Asian clients. Harry has also worked as a client advisor and analyst at UBS Wealth Management Australia and Johnson Taylor Potter.

Michael Stapleton is a Managing Partner, FSSA Investment Managers (FSSA) and Acting Managing Director, Asia and is based in Hong Kong. FSSA Investment Managers is part of the Group.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry. He joined the FSSA Investment Managers team in July 2015 after being part of the company's global business for more than 19 years. Michael is responsible for the business management of the FSSA Investment Managers team.
After joining the company in October 1998, Michael worked in the institutional business in Australia before moving to the UK to become Head of Institutional Business Development. He subsequently moved to Hong Kong in June 2009 and has been based in Asia since then.
He is also Acting Managing Director, Asia Pacific, overseeing business development and the day-to-day functional operations in the region.
Before joining the firm, Michael commenced his career at JP Morgan Investments in Australia as a member of the Institutional Business Team.

Chris Turpin is the Managing Director in EMEA and is based in London.
In his role, Chris is responsible for all aspects of the business in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East from local functional oversight to business development and client management.

Before joining the company in 2003, Chris worked as a Director of Product at Northern Trust Asset Management. Before this he trained and worked in the Investment Management Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London.

Perry is the Global Head of Unlisted Infrastructure and is based in Melbourne.
In his role, Perry is responsible for oversight and development of the Unlisted Infrastructure Investments business globally.
Before joining the company in March 2007, Perry was Director of Infrastructure Investments for Super Investment Management Pty Limited; a wholly-owned funds management company of the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST). Perry was responsible for establishing a direct infrastructure portfolio and for managing REST’s investment in a number of entities. Perry has more than 25 years’ of infrastructure and financial experience including nine years at the National Australia Bank where he was a director in the Project and Structured Finance Group. For six years Perry was a director and Investment Committee Member of National Australia Bank Superannuation.
Perry was previously a Director of National Australia Bank Superannuation Pty Ltd (the trustee of the National Australia Bank Group Superannuation Fund, 1995–2000), Brisbane Airport Corporation (2008 to 2014, 2015–16), and a Director of several of the company's entities.
Perry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and Chartered Professional Accountants Canada (CPA Canada).

David Dixon is the global Chief Investment Officer, Equities and is based in Sydney.
In his role, David is responsible for managing the global equities investment management teams. The total investment management team comprises of over 90 staff located throughout Asia, Australia and Europe.
Before joining the company in May 2003 David was the Chief Investment Officer of IAG Asset Management where he had overall responsibility for approximately A$10 billion of assets under management. Before that David served as IAG’s Head of Equities for nearly six years. Prior he spent 18 years with Westpac Banking Corporation with the final ten years with Westpac Investment Management in a variety of roles including Equity Analyst, Portfolio Manager and Head of Corporate Research.
David has been a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2004 and has also been a member of the Financial Services Council’s Investment Board since 2003.

Paul Griffiths is the global Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Solutions and is based in London.
Paul joined the company in July 2013 and is responsible for the oversight and global development of the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Solutions businesses.
Before joining, Paul had 24 years’ investment and management experience with firms including Aberdeen, Credit Suisse, AXA and Investec. During his career Paul has been a highly rated portfolio manager, winning the Fixed Income Fund Manager of the Year award on several occasions. He holds advisory board positions with the Global Fixed Income Institute, the Investment Management Review and the University of York.
A passionate believer in developing investment talent, Paul is the founder investor of the United Kingdom’s first student-run investment portfolio based at the University of York.

Grigor Milne is Managing Partner of Stewart Investors. Grigor was appointed as a Managing Partner in October 2018. He has been a member of the Stewart Investors’ Board since June 2017.
Grigor joined Stewart Investors in January 2015. He has broad experience as a lawyer in both private practice and industry, including in a family office investment business.
Previously, Grigor was a partner in the Corporate Group of Dundas & Wilson and CMS Cameron McKenna, and before that a director of Murray Capital, a Scottish-based investment business.
Grigor is a practising solicitor with an honours degree in law from Edinburgh University.
Martin Lau is a Managing Partner, FSSA Investment Managers (FSSA) and is based in Hong Kong. FSSA Investment Managers is part of the Group.
Martin has more than 20 years of investment experience and has been with the team for almost 16 years, starting with the firm as Director, Greater China Equities in 2002. Martin is the lead portfolio manager for a number of funds covering Greater China and the Asia Pacific region. He is also responsible for supervising and directly managing FSSA Investment Managers' team of research analysts and portfolio managers.
Before joining the firm Martin was a fund manager at Invesco Asia, where he was the country specialist for Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
