Perry is the Global Head of Unlisted Infrastructure for CFSGAM/FSI and is based in Melbourne.
In his role, Perry is responsible for oversight and development of the Unlisted Infrastructure Investments business globally.
Before joining the firm in March 2007, Perry was Director of Infrastructure Investments for Super Investment Management Pty Limited; a wholly owned funds management company of the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST). Perry was responsible for establishing a direct infrastructure portfolio and for managing REST’s investment in a number of entities. Perry has more than 25 years’ of infrastructure and financial experience including nine years at the National Australia Bank where he was a director in the Project and Structured Finance Group. For six years Perry was a director and Investment Committee Member of National Australia Bank Superannuation.
Perry was previously a Director of National Australia Bank Superannuation Pty Ltd (the trustee of the National Australia Bank Group Superannuation Fund, 1995–2000), Brisbane Airport Corporation (2008 to 2014, 2015–16), and a director of several CFSGAM entities.
Perry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and Chartered Professional Accountants Canada (CPA Canada).

Marcus is a Partner in the Infrastructure Investments team based in London, having joined in June 2007. In his role, Marcus is responsible for leading the sourcing and securing of new unlisted infrastructure investment opportunities in Europe. Marcus currently sits on the board of directors of investee companies Caruna, Digita and HH Ferries. Previous investee company directorships include ENW and Reganosa. He is a member of the Senior Management Team and the EDIF and GDIF Investment Committees. Prior to joining the business, Marcus spent 10 years in European investment banking at Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Barings. During his career Marcus has gained extensive experience advising corporates and funds in relation to in excess of $70 billion of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and capital market fundraisings throughout Europe. Marcus has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Birmingham and is a qualified barrister.
Danny is a Partner in the Infrastructure Investments team based in Sydney, having joined in November 2007. In his role, Danny is primarily responsible for portfolio management and business development for both new investment opportunities and clients. Danny is a member of the Senior Management Team and the EDIF and GDIF Investment Committees. Prior to joining the business, Danny was director of RREEF Infrastructure based in London and Sydney, with responsibilities for portfolio management, asset acquisition and asset management and was Senior Partner and a foundation member of AMP’s infrastructure team in 1994. He is currently Chairman of Water Utilities Australia and has previously held over 10 board positions with transport and utility companies including Spark Infrastructure, United Energy, Melbourne Airport and Northern Gas Networks. Over the last 10 years he has also been Fund Manager for a number of infrastructure funds and client mandates, including state and large corporate pension plans. Danny has a Masters of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Chris is a Partner in the Infrastructure Investments team based in Sydney, having joined in July 2007. Chris is head of infrastructure asset management for the business in Australia. In his role, Chris is responsible for originating, due diligence and managing investments. He is a current Director of Brisbane Airport and Adelaide Airport, and former Director of Perth Airport and the UK-based utility company Inexus Group Limited. He was the inaugural Chairman of Airports Coordination Australia Ltd. Chris is a member of the Senior Management Team and GDIF and WIIF Investment Committees. Prior to joining the business, Chris headed the commercial division of Pacific National, Australia’s largest private rail group. He also held a variety of senior management positions with Qantas in Sydney and London, including as head of the QantasLink group of regional airlines. Chris has also held strategic business roles with Ansett, Ansett International, and Andersen Consulting. Chris brings to the team more than 20 years of transport and infrastructure experience. Chris has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne where he also holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Niall is a Partner in the Infrastructure Investments Team, based in London, having joined in January 2008. Niall is head of infrastructure asset management for the business in Europe. In his role, Niall is responsible for originating, due diligence and managing asset investments. He represents the business on the boards of Investments in Anglian Water Group, Electricity North West, Digita, Reganosa and Caruna. He is a member of the Senior Management Team and EDIF and GDIF Investment Committees. Niall has extensive Infrastructure, Utilities and Regulation experience gained in senior roles in a variety of sectors, including water, airports, electricity and railways. He has held senior roles with Southern Water, Honeywell Novar, Bechtel and United Utilities. Niall’s infrastructure and engineering/project management experience dates back to 1987. Niall has a Masters of Business Administration from London Business School, an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Directorship and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Gavin is a Director in the Infrastructure Investments team based in Sydney, having joined in October 2013. In his role, Gavin is responsible for leading the sourcing and securing of new unlisted infrastructure investment opportunities. Prior to joining the business, Gavin was executive director at Macquarie Group, where he spent 17 years focussed on infrastructure transactions and funds management addressing the Australian, African, UAE and Asian infrastructure markets. Previous roles include as chief executive officer of the Singapore listed Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund Limited, an owner and operator of a global portfolio of more than 10 infrastructure businesses with investments in the communications, toll roads, ports and renewable energy sectors. Gavin is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Masters of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
